MAINTENANCE

Knowing that an interrupt production due to a machine problem or a breakdown can prejudiced your production; we decided to develop our technical service / our after sales service. Our technicians do their best to repair and to help you to start again.

In our technical manual and during the commissioning of the machine our technicians insist on the importance of maintenance; indeed we know from experience a well-maintained injection and dosing machine with regular maintenance reduces the risk of stopping.

Some examples of Isojet recommandation

Daily maintenance

• Flow rate verification of the flow.
• Head lubrication. Using the grease gun, lubricate head at the grease nipples ……. .

Weekly maintenance

• Cleaning mixing head and nose
• Check opening / closing of mixing head..
• Verification of no leaks at the dosing pumps.

Half-yearly maintenance :

• Control of head O’rings..

Maintenance can be carried out by you following our recommendations or can be done by our technicians in our premises or on your premises. (Travel or intervention under quotation).
